I understand I will be notified by Piecing the Puzzle directly confirming the days that my child will be attending. I also understand that I will be reimbursed for the days my child is waitlisted and a fee was charged.

I understand that by cancelling services with less then 24 hours notice, my child may be moved to the waitlist for the remainder of the summer program dates.
